Bone Definition Mallet
Weighted stainless steel. Dual head. Built for bone smashing.

If you're here, you already know what this is for. This page isn't going to convince you bone smashing works. It's going to tell you why this is the right tool to do it with.

Why this mallet

  • Solid stainless steel head with the right weight for controlled impact. Heavy enough to transmit force, not heavy enough to bruise on contact.
  • Dual-sided head (flat and rounded) so you can target zygomatic, mandibular, and ramus areas with the appropriate surface.
  • Ergonomic rubber grip. Won't slip when your hands are oily from skincare.
  • Single piece construction. No welded joint that loosens after a month.

Target areas

  • Zygomatic arch (cheekbones)
  • Mandible (jawline)
  • Gonial angle
  • Maxilla (under-eye and midface)

How to use it

Start light. Always. Tap, don't hammer. 5 to 10 minutes per session, 3 to 4 sessions per week. Light, consistent stimulation drives bone remodeling through Wolff's law. Heavy single sessions just bruise you and put you out for a week.

Avoid the temples, the nose bridge, and anywhere directly over a nerve.

Who this isn't for

If you've never read anything about bone smashing or mewing and you're just here because the product looked interesting, close this tab. This is a tool for people who already understand what they're doing. We don't want returns from people who tried it once and bruised themselves.

What it isn't

It isn't a substitute for surgery. It isn't going to give you Chico-tier results in a month. It's a tool for slow, deliberate, multi-year progress. If you want fast, this isn't it.
